As part of this commitment, Nadec continues to support the journey of education and training for promising talents through strong partnerships with academic and technical institutions, as well as through its diverse programs aimed at developing and upskilling its workforce across various food sector specializations. The company places a strong emphasis on investing in human capital, recognizing it as a key driver of excellence and sustainability. This is achieved through a wide range of internal and external training programs that enhance team performance and foster an innovative, high-productivity work environment.
It is worth noting that the Institute of Food Industries is one of the initiatives under the National Center for Strategic Partnerships. The institute is dedicated to preparing and qualifying Saudi youth to work efficiently and professionally in the food industries sector through specialized training programs designed to meet labor market demands.
