The National Agricultural Development Company “Nadec” has received 10,000 seedlings of desert trees and plants from the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture to support the planting efforts in its agricultural and food-related projects. This initiative is part of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance vegetation cover and aligns with the goals of the Saudi Green Initiative.
The collaboration between Nadec and the Ministry aims to contribute to increasing vegetation cover, combating desertification, and preserving natural resources, while also promoting sustainable agricultural practices in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives.
This initiative is a continuation of national partnerships aimed at protecting the environment, developing natural resources, and building a sustainable future. It reflects the Kingdom's commitment to improving quality of life and ensuring environmental and food security for future generations.
It is also noteworthy that this initiative aligns with Nadec's commitment to its national role as an active partner in supporting environmental and developmental projects, contributing to environmental balance through sustainable strategies that enhance the efficient use of natural resources.
