The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Panda, a leading company in the retail sector, with the aim of enhancing strategic cooperation between the two parties in the food products sector. This partnership is intended to ensure a steady supply of high-quality fresh products and improve the customers shopping experience, leveraging NADEC's high-quality food products. According to the memorandum, the esteemed collaboration will focus on several key areas, including providing products that meet the highest standards of quality and safety to consistently meet customer expectations. The partnership will also utilize shared standards to enhance product value and increase customer satisfaction. The agreement will promote communication and transparency by establishing open channels between specialists and experts from both parties, to help in developing and supporting joint business efforts, addressing challenges, turning them into promising opportunities, and deepening cooperation in innovation and the development of new products that continuously meet consumer trends and preferences. The agreement, signed today, is part of NADEC’s developmental strategy launched last year to enter new food sectors and expand into new markets and products, following global sustainability standards, playing its role as one of the leading national and regional companies in the food industry field and positioning as integral part of the Saudi's food security strategy and Vision 2030.

NADEC, the National Agricultural Development Company, has sponsored the Fourth Ranking Padel Tournament in the Riyadh region, organized by the Saudi Padel Committee. Held from August 29 to August 31, the event featured over 190 teams, players, and juniors competing in padel.The tournament has received widespread attention from padel fans across various regions of the Kingdom. In addition to its sponsorship, NADEC was actively involved in the accompanying events throughout the three-day tournament, offering attendees the chance to participate in various activities and sample NADEC's products.

On September 3rd, NADEC held an awareness workshop titled "Food Safety at Home" for the families of our employees. The event saw great engagement from the attendees and participants.The workshop covered vital topics such as key standards and procedures for handling food at home. It included guidance on proper storage practices, methods and durations for handling raw and cooked food, and best practices for using food after freezing.Led by our colleague Fahd Al-Saeed, the workshop is part of NADEC’s ongoing commitment to food education. This initiative reflects our dedication to raising awareness among the families of our employees and aligns with our corporate social responsibility goals. These efforts have helped us achieve significant milestones in the field of social responsibility.Additionally, the workshop offered important tips and health guidelines on the use and storage of various food items, including meats, poultry, dairy products, cheeses, milk, eggs, and more. Attendees also learned about the shelf life of food products, juices, dates and more.

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) has participated in the "Foodex Saudi" exhibition from September 16-19, 2024, at Riyadh International Conventions and Exhibitions Center (RICEC (alongside Saudi and global companies in the food sector.NADEC’s interactive booth welcomed a diverse array of visitors, including guests, officials, and participants. All of them were eager to explore its products, new projects, and expansion plans.Additionally, NADEC showcased its achievements in new food sectors, particularly in red meat and fruits & vegetables, as part of its commitment to enhancing Saudi food security and achieving self-sufficiency in the Kingdom.It is worth mentioning that NADEC’s booth attracted significant attention and received widespread acclaim for the quality of its products, as the company projects adhere to global standards of quality and sustainability. 

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) marked the 94th Saudi National Day with a series of vibrant events celebrating national pride at its head office and various work sites.Employees actively participated, joining in national chants that fostered an atmosphere of belonging and loyalty.The celebration included a photo exhibition of the kings of Saudi Arabia, featuring a famous quote from each king since the founder King Abdulaziz Al-Saud “may he rest in peace”, as well as the achievements NADEC has accomplished during each king's reign.

In alignment with our ongoing commitment to social responsibility and supporting local communities, Nadec's Volunteering Team made a heartwarming visit to the King Saud University Medical City in celebration of the 94th Saudi National Day. Our volunteers, comprised of dedicated Nadec employees, spent time with patients and staff, distributing thoughtful gifts along with an assortment of our fresh dairy products and juices.This visit is one of many community initiatives led by the Nadec Volunteering Team, demonstrating our continuous efforts to promote social responsibility. His Excellency, the Vice Minister of Environment, Water, and Agriculture, Engineer Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushaiti, honored the National Agricultural Development Company (Nadec) for its strategic partnership with the Saudi Reef Program. This recognition highlights Nadec's efforts in supporting and educating farmers, empowering them to maximize their resources, and contributing to the sustainable development of rural agriculture in the Kingdom.Nadec was honored by Engineer Al-Mushaiti during the Reef Valley Exhibition, organized by the Saudi Reef Program at the Diriyah Biennale in Riyadh, held from September 25-26, 2024.As part of its social responsibility initiatives, Nadec actively supports and educates Saudi farmers, while also expanding into new sectors such as red meat, vegetables, and fruits.

As part of our celebrations for the 94th Saudi National Day, NADEC volunteer team visited children at King Fahad Medical City in collaboration with the Sanad Children's Cancer Support Association.The visit aimed to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of the children and their families. NADEC volunteer team distributed gifts and engaged in play with the children, creating an atmosphere of joy and hope.During the visit, the team demonstrated great dedication in providing emotional support by involving in interactive activities such as drawing, which helped alleviate some of the stress associated with their treatment.NADEC’s initiative is part of our series of volunteer events covering various health, charitable, and awareness fields. Also, the activities of the volunteer team reflect NADEC's commitment to fulfilling its social responsibility objectives, including improving the quality of life, community engagement, and supporting those most in need.

The event drew a lively crowd, highlighting Saudi Arabia’s rich coffee culture, with its unique Khawlani beans and traditional flavors like cardamom, saffron, and cloves.International Coffee Day, celebrated globally on October 1st, brings coffee enthusiasts together to honor this iconic drink and its deep roots in cultures around the world.

An Exciting new product launch activation was held at Nadec's Head Quarters today, unveiling the "Kids Long-Life Juice Range" with an adventure-packed theme! The stars of the show were the employees' kids, who joined in for a day full of fun, laughter, and unforgettable activities.  The activation drew a large crowd of energetic kids who couldn’t wait to dive into the interactive games and programs. His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development honored the National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) for receiving the "Social Responsibility Badge" as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Award. This recognition of NADEC falls under the first track, focused on "Social Responsibility Practices," acknowledging the projects and programs carried out over the past period and the achievements made in this area. NADEC is celebrated as one of the leading food companies both locally and regionally. Throughout the current year, NADEC has implemented numerous programs and initiatives in social responsibility, particularly in the food sector. These include supporting awareness activities and initiatives, as well as establishing partnerships with both governmental and private entities.
