Nadec has increased its readiness to supply its food products in Mecca and the holy sites, serving the pilgrims of the holy house of Allah for the year 1445 AH. The main Nadec distribution center in Mecca has dispatched several trucks loaded with dairy products, juices, and other items to various distribution centers, points, and food markets, facilitating the pilgrims' performance of their rituals with ease and peace of mind. It is noteworthy that Nadec's efforts during the Hajj season are part of its strategy to enhance food security in the Kingdom and achieve self-sufficiency in foodstuffs, in line with Vision 2030.

His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Mr. Bandar Al-Khorayef, reviewed Nadec's new products and strategic projects in the food industry sector, aiming to contribute to enhancing food security and achieving self-sufficiency in the Kingdom's food sector, in line with Vision 2030. This occurred during His Excellency’s visit to Nadec's booth at the Saudi Food exhibition, held from May 21-23, 2024, following the inauguration of the exhibition. The event gathers a unique group of international companies, thought leaders, food and beverage communities, strategic partners, new brands, and top regional and international chefs on one innovative platform. During his visit to Nadec's booth, attended by the company's CEO Dr. Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri, the Minister praised Nadec's food projects and the company's national role in achieving self-sufficiency in various food products, produced from the company's agricultural and livestock projects in different regions of the Kingdom. Nadec is participating in the Saudi Food 2024 exhibition with several new and diverse products in the fields of dairy products, juices, vegetables, and red meat, amid a large turnout of guests and visitors keen to learn about the project details, global standards applied by the company in product quality, and expansions in various work and production sectors according to its new strategy.

NADEC, represented by its Digital and Technology Sector, has successfully obtained the ISO 27001:2022 certification for its achievements in enhancing and developing the information security system across its various work sites. This reinforces Nadec's position as a leading and advanced company in the food industry. The ISO 27001 framework, developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This significant certification highlights Nadec’s global presence in the digital field and showcases its commitment to scientifically and systematically protecting data according to the best modern global standards.

Amid an atmosphere of joy and happiness, Nadec organized a special event on Wednesday, June 21, 2024, to celebrate Global Father's Day, honoring employee fathers and their children at the workplace through various distinctive programs. The Global Father's Day event at Nadec saw fathers bring their children to the event site and participate with them in many recreational activities and enjoyable programs, engaging in hobbies and games suitable for both adults and children. The event, which was part of Nadec's efforts and orientations in developing the work environment and social responsibility, also included a lunch and drinks shared by the fathers and their children, who spent only half a day at work to allow them to take their children home early and give employee fathers the opportunity to celebrate with their families for the rest of the day.

Nadec, represented by its Sales and Distribution Sector, organized a special event for its employees to celebrate the launch of several new milk products with new flavors and specifications. The new products include long-life lactose-free milk and new flavors of protein milk: salted caramel and cookies and cream. Participants, including colleagues, expressed their happiness with the availability of these products in the markets, especially given the various uses of these products in diverse recipes, amid enthusiastic participation and introduction to the nutritional value of these products.
